The goal of the Gloversville Little Huskies (GLH) Youth Football and Cheerleading League is to teach boys and girls, five to twelve years old, through team building, sportsmanship & leadership without prejudice to race, color, creed, religion, gender or handicap (so long as the participant is physically & mentally fit to participate as determined by a medical professional).
It is our mission to:
- Develop the fundamentals of the game of football and cheerleading.
- Act as a feeder system for players and cheerleaders to middle school and high school.
- Introduce the team concept
- Establish an understanding of the commitment necessary by the parents and athletes in order to enhance their child’s success, both on and off the field.
